Return & Refund Policy

 

Thank you for supporting our business. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help. We take pride in every order we receive and double check that every order shipped is accurate. If in doubt, please send us an email at geechiebreeze@gmail.com

 

 

Returns 

 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

You item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned  item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to you as a store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

Shipping

 

 

Your order will be processed in 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail typically takes 1-5 business days to arrive. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 business days. Please be aware that all delivery times are estimated based on USPS delivery times. Due to COVID delays may be expected, we apologize in advance and thank you for your patience.

 

Geechie Breeze is committed to keeping our products as natural and free of harmful chemicals as possible. We do not use synthetic stabilizers or other products to keep our butters in their solid state. Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat and we do not have control over the conditions during delivery to you. We cannot guarantee that your body butter will not melt during transit. However, we can assure you that the quality of your butter will remain the same if melting occurs. If melting does occur, we recommend storing your butter in a cool place or refrigerator until it returns to it’s solid state.
